		<description>Lane, I did the same thing with my son when he was young. He has his own Lionel layout in one half of our garage. :) It is great to have a Father and son hobby together.</description>

		<description>Glenn, while i can say that I had a 4x8 layout years ago, I am not "into" model railroading.  I think it is cool, and love watching people with a hobby they enjoy.

The magic for me was watching how excited my son got watching the trains.  It was also fun shooting pictures...</description>

I am a model railroader myself and have two layouts in my home (which my wife does not appreciate) - one is HO and the other is N scale. Nice relaxing hobby that allows one to use various skills sets or develop new ones.</description>
