Better late than never… Sunday Video
And it is a little different than normal.
Today was a different type of day, and it will deliver a different type of Video Sunday.
To start with, it is the 7th Anniversary of the wedding of the Lovely Gail and I. That is a pretty special thing. And for that reason, I am making the Video Sunday somewhat about her.
The other thing was that this evening was a reunion for her marching band from high school. While she was there, they won multiple contests and championships… The North Gwinnett Bulldog Regiment Marching Band was a sight to see…
I don’t have any clips from the time she was in the band, but here is a more recent one.
Survey Says…
I got an email this morning from Obeo, the provider of my virtual tours. It was the results from a survey they commissioned about home buying habits for internet users (there were a few people that weren’t internet consumers).

So, I write on Active|Rain… generally 10 posts a week… I know, I want the points, but it also keeps me disciplined. I write 7 posts a week for LaneBailey.com… again, one post a day is WAY easier for me to do that any other number because if I slack off the momentum, I might just stay slacked off…

Not a market to take lightly…
Over on Active Rain, there was a post about an agent holding a listing for a year. The seller was cool with it, because he really only wants to move if he gets “his price.” After being on the market constantly for over a year… there were no offers. None. Very few showings.
What does that say?

I wrote a little last night about the car I am currently sort of wanting. And what I didn’t say was that I wandered into a local dealer to get a closer look. I have been looking at it for a few weeks… and it will take a few more before I really get behind it.
