Any Real Estate Agent can list MY house.. or write MY contract…
This post takes off on a theme introduced here. It is also the final planned post in the Misconception series.
It doesn’t matter if the agent is from Valdosta…
I commonly hear this one when the seller or buyer has a relative that is an agent in another area… but still in GA. And we actually all go through this phase, I think… The common quotes are as follows:

Can we be this far along?
The Toyota 4Runner revitalized the sport utility market to a large extent with its introduction in 1984. It wasn’t the only SUV, by any measure, but it filled the role very well. There was competition from
Swimming against the tide…
I am about to say something that is loaded with controversy in the real estate industry.

I had been in the house a long time ago… and it has since been staged. Coincidentally, I know the stager… I used to work with his daughter, and he used to visit my store frequently. And he has some
Lane’s New Video Channel
I have just struck a deal with The Video Connector to provide video content for my sites. Look for lots of cool videos from Tara and TJ from Reel Productions. They have been the providers of my video tours for a couple of years now, and really have a handle on the real estate market. Enjoy.
