I have been wondering about this…

Many real estate agents require registration for their property search.  I haven’t done that since I have been in control of my website… and don’t intend to ever require registration.  But…  I wonder about having registration for access to my market reports.

I actually work quite hard to really interpret the data. There are plenty of “market reports” that just toss out some data without putting it in any sort of perspective or giving an interpretation of the data.  Who cares if 58 properties sold last month… if you don’t know how many sold last year or the month before last… or why there might have been a change?

I just wonder… would you register to get more in-depth market data with interpretation and perspective?
