I just made two updates on the blog that I think are worth noting.

Listings!

The first is that I was able to re-deploy the Lane’s Listings section.  Now you will see the page tab near the top of the site.  Hovering over it will show you my current personal listings as well as a link to enter the Send Me FREE Custom Listings page.

Feel free to browse the listings to see if your next home might be listed.  If it isn’t, you can go to the Send Me FREE Custom Listings page and enter your exact criteria.  From that, I can search the MLS and find the specific properties that meet your needs and send them to you.  As new properties come on the market that meet your criteria, they will be sent to you right away, too.

Be Mobile!

A lot of folks are cruising the web on their hot rod mobile phones.  I am rolling phat with a Blackberry Pearl Flip myself.  I know that some sites are terribly slow to load when I am looking for info from my mobile phone, so I found an application to automatically switch to a lightweight version of the site for mobile browsing.

Don’t worry, if you prefer the full site, it is just a click away at all times.

The goal for computer based browsing is to supply a full media experience with video, photos and a rich presentation… but that can be kind of heavy for mobile tools…

So, if you are browsing via an iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile device or another web enabled phone, you have a choice of a fast version or a full featured version.
