… but now it is about the experience.

I wrote a little last night about the car I am currently sort of wanting.  And what I didn’t say was that I wandered into a local dealer to get a closer look.  I have been looking at it for a few weeks… and it will take a [...]

I am NOT a “Buy American” guy when it comes to cars.  I’m also not a “If it is foreign, it is better” guy.  Lastly, I am very much not a GM guy.  In fact, looking over the bunches of vehicles I have owned, there is only one GM car, and that was a Saturn [...]

I love a good junk yard.

The LA Times recently had a photo essay on the findings in an Oklahoma junkyard.  Phil Skinner, Editor of Kelley Blue Book’s Official Guide for Early Model Cars visited this yard and spied a few treasures.

On the second Saturday most months there is a big cruise in Tucker, GA. The next cruise is on July 12th, but here are a few images from previous cruises.

Feel free to stop me if you [...]

Since today is a racing kind of day, I figured that I would post up some great racing videos.

The 1982 Indy finish may be one of the most exciting ever… I remember going to the track with my Dad in 1989… during the video playback at the museum, people were cheering for Rick Mears.

    And [...]

I keep seeing so much about the high cost of gas, gas tax schemes and who is to blame.  Well, I need to toss my nickel into the fray and clear up a few things…

Let’s take the last one first, Who’s to blame? If you listen to many in front of the media’s cameras, it [...]
