Re-alignment…

The time has come. I will be re-aligning my blogs and websites to be more subject specific. I have a lot of presence on the web, and for too long they have had overlapping content. As we get through this re-alignment of the sites, each will be more focused on a specific purpose. There will still be connections between the sites, but the content will be less connected…
Some of the sites that will be part of the re-alignment are:

- GwinnettGarageGuy.com
- UltimateHomeMarketing.com
- GarageHomesUSA.com
- LilburnDwellings.com
I might also be re-designing the looks of the sites at the same time… It will be fun…
I’m glad THAT’S over… Changed Web Hosts…

I have just completed migrating all of my sites to their new home. It was a big job, even though the new host did most of the heavy lifting. That left about a billion details undone… And it will likely be a while before all of them are cleaned up. Hopefully I can get back on my regular posting schedule…
By the time I am done, there might even be a re-theming of the sites… and I have been kicking around a re-focusing of them as well.

I have spent some of the last week updating the Local Market Explorers for Buford, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Norcross, Sugar Hill and Suwanee. I have added new market reports for January.

Last year about this time I had the opportunity to participate in the VAR Blog Brawl for real estate blogs. There was some pretty tough competition, and it really made me stretch and elevate my game. And it was a lot of fun. Part of the fun for me was personally knowing a lot of the bloggers in the Brawl.
