In 1992, Geoff Bodine was a stock car racing good ol’ boy (albeit, one from New York).  He was knee deep in being one of the best NASCAR drivers of all time.  In fact, he hold a Guiness Record for the most wins by a racer in one season… 55 Modified wins.

Just a couple of notes.

I am ramping up a couple of sideline sites.  The first is Delicious.  I have been using it for a while now, but lately I have been using it more frequently.  I’m probably adding two or three links a day as I surf around.  The subjects are pretty varied, from real estate to technology and cars.

The other site that I have recently ramped up is Tumblr.  It is a “mini-blogging” platform.  It is pretty cool.  Basically, I am feeding all of my posts from several blog platforms to this one aggregation point.  Every couple of days I go in an add a snippet to go with the headlines.  I’ll try to be on this a little quicker, but… at least you can see what I am writing about…

If you are wondering what is in my head, those two sites will cover it pretty well.

Two years ago this week I found one of the coolest tools I use to help sellers (and buyers) with homes I list.  It is an interactive floorplan.

Video has been “on the horizon” for quite a while.  I know that for the last few years lots of people in the real estate industry have felt that video would be the “next big thing.”  The other technology that has been suffering the same fate is mobile.

I ran across these two rides from different sources.  They are VERY different vehicles and are aimed at two very different markets.  The only thing they share in common is that they are seriously cool.
