We are working to build the new market updates for October.

Remember, our market reports (for Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Buford, Sugar Hill, Duluth and Suwanee… as well as Gwinnett County as a whole) are fairly in depth, segmenting sales by price (under $200k, $200k to $400k, $400k to $600k, $600k to $800k, $800k to $1m and over $1m).  We look at each of those price segments, in each market area, and try to figure out what it all means.
