It’s that time of year again. Mud 4 Blood time. And this year is going to ROCK! We have made a few changes, and the event promises to blow the previous events out of the water. You don’t have to be a 4wheeler or off-road enthusiast to come out and have fun… we’ll take anyone’s blood.
I have been beta testing a new CRM (Client relationship Manager) for SoftRealty, my IDX (Internet Data eXchange… the real estate search utility) supplier for GarageHomesUSA. You can actually click on “Property Search” on the toolbar above and it will take you right there. Basically, they are trying to amp up the quality of real estate search tools.
The Virginia Association of Realtors National Blog Brawl has reached round 2. It is going to be a tough round. Matthew Rathbun is a VERY well known blogger in the real estate realm, and he has a great blog for real estate agents, TheAgentTrainer. You should visit his blog… there are some great tips.
But he is also my competition for this round. And in order to advance, I have to win…
Wandering through Lowe’s I ran across their flagship Kobalt Tool Box. It has been out for a little while, but the local store hadn’t been displaying it… and it is kind of cool.
Ok, I just have to brag a little bit here.
My 1 year old will officially be 1 year old on Friday. We are having a party for him on Friday here at the house… and we are also doing something on Sunday… that has morphed beyond control. And the latest morph is pretty cool.
