It is a great drive, over the creek and through the woods to the house… you would never believe this is just a few minutes to downtown Lilburn, and less than half an hour to downtown Atlanta.

We will be holding open a really cool home in Lilburn that has two 2 car garages, 4 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, a full finished basement, sitting on over 3 and a half acres.

Lots of folks are wondering what is hiding up the hidden driveway… now is the chance to find out.

On Sunday, I will be at one of my listings holding an open house. This is a fantastic town home on the southern edge of Cumming, GA, in the Towne Square at Liberty development.

These are beautiful town homes that are just north of Alpharetta and Johns Creek in south Forsyth County, GA.

The builder, Peachtree Residential has just started the last row of these town homes. Rumor is that the prices will start in the mid $200s… and this beautiful home is priced at $250k. However, it is also LOADED with option, like a finished third level that the new units won’t be offering.
