I haven’t posted up anything about the site in a very long time… and there are a lot of things I have never posted about…

Purpose of the site…

I am a real estate agent.  The primary purpose of this blog is to sell real estate.  I try not to do that by pushing real estate and telling you to buy from me… but rather I try to inform and entertain.

Affiliate Links…

I will have affiliate links on the site.  They will always be marked as affiliate links.  It won’t just be “stuff”, but rather stuff that I think is cool.  Obviously you don’t need to buy anything.  I don’t expect to make millions of dollars from the site… but maybe it will pay for itself… maybe not.

Posting and Newsletters…

I try to make a post each day.  I suppose I might post more than one, and there will almost certainly be times I miss a day or two… but the goal is to post once each day.

In the near future I will roll out a newsletter.  Of course it will be announced on here.  When the newsletter starts, I will let you know how often to expect it.

Premium Content…

The other future roll-out is premium content for members.  Some real estate agents try to get readers to sign up in order to search properties.  Not here…  The property search is always open, no sign up required.

But,there will be separate market reports for premium members.  The newest reports will be for members, and there will also be an archive for members for older reports.

I’m sure that more will be coming…
