I love to cruise around eBay. There are SO many cool things to see. eBay Motors might be the coolest place ever. Between the military vehicles, race cars and RVs, I am in heaven. And then there is the opportunity to dream in the Boat section or while looking at aircraft…
There is something that many of the listings have in common, though…

A couple of years ago I wrote a post about Mortgage Fraud… and the dangers it can pose to sellers. It is a good read, and can clue you in about one of the ways you (as a seller) can get dragged into fraud… and then dragged off to jail. Be careful.

So many conversations I have revolve around price and value. They are not linked… although buyers always try to link them together.
