101 Cars, Part 61…

This is one of the MOST iconic cars of all time. If I had to narrow a list of half-a-dozen of the most striking cars designs, this would be one… I don’t know if it would be #1, but it certainly would be on the very short list.
The basic design of the car has been with us since 1963.. that is 46 years. Of course it has been tuned, upgraded and improved, but there is no question when one sees a Porsche 911. It is a 911…
911, 930, 935, 959, 964, 993, 996, 997… they are all 911s in the eyes of the non-Porschophiles.

My wife and I had just come home from our honeymoon. We had a great four days at the Wilderness Lodge at Walt Disney World, followed by three wonderful days on the Disney Wonder. After the stress of hosting the wedding, it was a great way to relax.
