The news this week was that Saab was on the block… first the sale block, then the chopping block.  Now there are a couple of possibilities that might mean that Saab won’t go the way of Saturn, Oldsmobile and Pontiac.  Maybe closer to the way of Hummer, though…

Real Estate and some otherwise…

For those that are interested, here are the predictions I made for 2008, as well as a wrap-up post about the results.  I was right on 6½ of the ten real estate predictions…  So here are the predictions for the coming year…

Hummer… there’s nothing else like it.  Now, by Hummer, I actually mean the Hummer H1.  The H2 doesn’t count at all… and the H3, while actually closer to the ideal, still misses the mark.

And the H1 that is the ultimate is the Alpha… like the alpha dog.  It is the final and full evolution of the model.
