The Tuscany is a condo development in Midtown Atlanta between 8th and 10th streets (there isn’t a 9th street there) and between Juniper and Piedmont. It has a decided Mediterranean style (ya think? It is named Tuscan, not Canadian) with tile roofs and plaster exterior walls.
