I have been beta testing a new CRM (Client relationship Manager) for SoftRealty, my IDX (Internet Data eXchange… the real estate search utility) supplier for GarageHomesUSA. You can actually click on “Property Search” on the toolbar above and it will take you right there. Basically, they are trying to amp up the quality of real estate search tools.

The Virginia Association of Realtors National Blog Brawl has reached round 2. It is going to be a tough round.
