Since it is the beginning of a new year, I thought I would turn you on to video I came across. Since this is the first day of 2009, it is only appropriate that we look to the future.
I just thought I would take a moment to mention a couple of social networks I use to keep my readers, folks in Lilburn and my friends informed of what is going on…
These are just different ways to keep in touch. I don’t like to spam people and send a bazillion emails. But I also don’t want anyone to miss something cool they might have an interest in knowing.
I look forward to hearing from you.
I had three different things hit around the same time on the blog. Unfortunately, I went with the wrong diagnosis first…
Lilburn Dwellings will be going 100% live in the next couple of days. I’ve been cheating for a couple of weeks and diverting it to Gwinnett Dwellings, and just showing posts tagged with Lilburn. But, that will be behind us soon.
The coolest part of it is that some of the bonuses are ready to launch. The one I may be most excited about is the Altos Research data. Altos Research will be compiling data on Lilburn for us. And their data and charting is exquisite. I was looking over the latest data for Lilburn and while I wasn’t thrilled with the actual data, the presentation makes it quite easy to gauge the market.
And, having accurate and easy to interpret information is what it is all about. Buyers are better able to see what their market looks like, and sellers are better able to see how it looks from their angle. And regardless of what side of the transaction you wish to be on, knowing real data on the market will help to more effectively complete goals.
Stay tuned, I’ll be posting up as soon as the real domain gets turned on.

Here is part of the press release:
