I have a friend in PA that is a mortgage broker.  He also views the world from a unique perspective.  And that unique perspective makes seems to push him to talk straight… or at least think straight while writing with more curves than Marilyn Monroe.

Think “Beatnik meets GenX” or “Jack Kerouac as a mortgage broker”.  Insightful, off-beat and ocassionally offensive… but in a good way (I think people NEED to be offended sometimes)…
