Slow, Sloppy and Dirty… Video Sunday Style
I just got back from a couple of days of camping near the Tellico OHV area outside of Murphy, NC. This past weekend was the SFWDA Dixie Run, and my club ran the registration. It is a great time… even though my Jeep is in little pieces. I had the opportunity to hang out with friends, and no cell service. Enjoy.
I’m sorry to report that the trail I just showed has been closed…
That trail has also been closed.
The final trail is being targeted for closure by people that don’t think that high challenge routes are appropriate in the National Forest.

It amazes me that we set aside these areas for this activity – and it saves other areas from being torn up – there are trails of all levels just a short distance from my home – and often they threaten to close them – so far they have not succeeded – looks like a good time was had by all. Nice to see you back from your get away.
I can hear the sounds, smell the smells and feel the dirt and rocks underneath. This is some very cool stuff … haven’t been out there for 25 years and things have changed but it’s still a very cool thing to watch and participate in. Slow down and win. Keep ‘em coming.
