Over at GarageHomesUSA.com, we are doing something new… in an ever expanding effort to be THE source for homes with cool garages in and around Gwinnett County, we are ready to offer FREE advertising to any agent or home seller anywhere.

Of course the goal would be to have every home with an oversized or cool garage in Gwinnett County, but we have had requests from as far away as California and Michigan… and we would LOVE to host information about those homes on the site.

So, if you are selling a home with a 4+ car garage… or even a three car garage if it is something that you wouldn’t expect in your area or price range, or if the garage is really cool, let us know.  We’ll set you up with a page to promote the property.  If you are a seller, and you have an agent, we would still be happy to promote your property, but we need permission from your agent.

There is no “up-sell” to a premium ad, or any other catch.  Normally, we represent buyers, and if we have the properties advertised on the site, we get more buyers…  Currently, we have about 1000 unique readers each month.  We have a fairly high return rate as well.  We rank quite well in search engines for terms relating to cool garages and garage homes.
