Last year I wrote a post about how things were going to be a little different going forward… down payment requirements, credit worthiness, but that there would be deals…

And guess what…

All of that came true.  There were great deals.  Credit scores had to be higher in order to qualify for a loan.  And the 100$ loan all but disappeared (there were a few USDA 100% loans).

Oddly, I could write the same post right now.  Looking back, we might not see 3.5% down loans.  We might see a need for higher credit scores.  But there will still be some deals…
