- Interest rates are around 5.13% with excellent credit
- There are about 5800 properties listed
- Sellers are WAY motivated… at the top of the market. Entry level sellers aren’t as motivated anymore
- Rents are stable
I obviously pulled the trigger too soon on that post, but then whose crystal ball is right all of the time?
