Pulling a post from this week two years ago, I came across a market report from February 2008.  My reports are a lot different now, but it was interesting to see the data…

The market has been looking better… certainly better than two years ago in some segments…  I’m curious (and worried) about the stats for January.  I’ll be putting together my market reports later this week.  I have moved away from the consolidated report towards several “city specific” reports for some of the areas I serve in Gwinnett.
