Without a doubt, EVERYONE is looking for a deal if they are in the real estate market. Barely a day goes by that I don’t get a call asking me about foreclosures and short sales.
There are some terms that we toss around in the real estate industry as if people knew what we were talking about… Absorption Rate is one of those terms.
It isn’t complicated, but if you are unfamiliar with the term, if can be confusing. And unlike “Bacon Double Cheeseburger”, it isn’t really self explanatory.

Gwinnett County Public Schools are undergoing a redistricting plan due to growth in the county. The new plan is expected to begin with the 2010 school year. It was announced on October 2nd, 2009. There are several dates to keep in mind:
