Wayback Wednesday… Zillow? et al
I had forgotten about this little gem…
Yesterday I mentioned that I hadn’t always been a big fan of Zillow. I like their people, but I haven’t always liked the data on their site. Today’s Wayback post is an early example of why.

I looked at how many listings were in Trulia, on Zillow and in FMLS in several ZIP codes around Gwinnett County.
I was actually pretty surprised by the results. I expected there to be a disparity among the various sources, but I didn’t expect it to be as large and varied as what I found.
I’ll have to try this again sometime to see how it compares. I would expect that the datasets would be a bit closer… I hope.
Take a look… MLS? Trulia? Zillow?

Lane’s New Video Channel
I have just struck a deal with The Video Connector to provide video content for my sites. Look for lots of cool videos from Tara and TJ from Reel Productions. They have been the providers of my video tours for a couple of years now, and really have a handle on the real estate market. Enjoy.
