I know… it isn’t as scientific as it could be, and there are probably some blogs that aren’t included… but the biggies are all there. It’s kind of cool to get these sorts of results…
But does it matter?
If you are a seller, yes. I talk about my listings, and have a featured listing page here on the blog. I talk about new technologies I am deploying to help get your home in front of more buyers. And the traffic shows that people are watching. And as I transition much of this to the new domain that will be targeted to Lilburn, GA real estate, I will be able to deliver some of the Google Page Rank (used for search engine ranking) to that site.
When will you be #1?
Never… National blogs like Zillow’s and Trulia’s will always outrank a niche blog like this. But, I am beating out the highest of the New York City focused blogs… in Gwinnett County, GA… and all of the Atlanta blogs from the list.
