Last year I wrote a post about Contrarianism in investing.  I still believe that the best opportunities go to those that run against the crowd.  And oddly, the same conditions exist.  Actually, in some cases… things might even be better.

Interest rates are at least as low as a year ago, and prices in some areas are lower… other areas have had a little price growth.

I hope that next year we aren’t looking at the same conditions again…  Ok, low interest rates would be good… but they would also mean that the economy wasn’t moving yet, and that would be bad.
