Last year I wrote a post called Misconceived Pricing Strategies? about some of the thought processes I see with buyers and sellers.  Obviously, both are fighting towards the same (and yet opposite) goals.

Sellers want to maximize their price and buyers want to minimize it.  Of course that it at odds…  Both want the best deal.  Both need to be careful not to mess it up…

Nobody looks at a property they feel is priced outside of the range it should be priced.
