I had a great thought for a blog post. I was surfing some of my daily reading, and ran across an item and after a few synapses fired in my brain… unrelated post idea sprang to life. So, I jumped into my Admin Panel, ran across a particular spam comment…

If you didn’t immediately know what I was talking about from the title, you need to spend a little time here, and then a lot of time here. Keep in mind that this is a LONG book… 1200 pages. I’ve read my copy three times. It is an incredible book.

My normal haunt for gas during the Atlanta area shortages has been the Lilburn Kroger on Rockbridge at Five Forks.
They still seem to be the place that has gas.
But now they are the place for lines as well. There were 100 people out there today.
I wrote a post earlier this week when there were many fewer people.
But, I’ll repeat what I said beofre. DON’T PANIC. Don’t get gas every time you get down to 3/4 tank. People getting into line and buying $10 in gas is kind of stupid. And that is what one of the people in front of me did…
In a couple of days, or maybe a week, this will all be behind us… I think a few days.

I was with a buyer last week that wanted to look at a certain foreclosure home that they had seen listed. The price seemed a little high, but they thought there might be room for the bank to wiggle… It had been on the market for about 8 months.
